This week, Greatist geared up for the Olympics. While our adventure to Kangoo class may not have revealed the next Olympic sport, we did learn a lot about Olympic steeplechase and got a sneak peek at U.S. steeplechaser Donn Cabral’s intense training methods. And while we can’t all be Olympic athletes, we did learn that fitting in exercise at any point during the day is a major step toward a healthier life. This week we also learned why it’s so common to fall for the biggest jerk on the block. Thankfully — even if we’re attracted to assholes — we also discovered that laughter has some serious health benefits, so it’s probably a good idea to just laugh it off. — Nicole McDermott
