Sunny afternoons are meant for lounging under shady trees with cool drinks, like this fruity punch. So find a tree, make a batch, and unwind.

What to buy: Guava and peach nectars can be found in many Latin grocery stores, and some supermarkets carry these by R.W. Knudsen.

If you’ve made your own ginger beer (and we think you should), then go ahead and use it here. Otherwise, look for a ginger beer that suits your taste. We prefer one with a nice note of sweet and a good kick of ginger, like Regatta.
