Watermelon is a quintessential summer flavor: It’s sweet but not too sweet, and totally refreshing. Perfect ice pop material! And, with only four ingredients and 15 minutes of prep time, why buy popsicles when you can make them them easily at home?
- 4 cups diced watermelon
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 1-2 limes)
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/4 cup agave syrup
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour mixture into ice pop molds. (If you don’t have an ice pop mold handy, make mini pops in an ice cube tray, or use small paper cups.)
- Freeze in the freezer at least 8 hours or overnight.
