This recipe takes all those remaining goodies and transforms them into a handheld version of your feast. Turkey is the perfect backdrop to brie’s bitter and tangy overtones and cranberry sauce’s sweetness. You just may find yourself cooking extra servings next holiday so you can enjoy this sandwich for a few more days.
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey
- 2 slices bread
- 1 tablespoon brie cheese, crumbled
- Small handful greens
- 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
- Freshly ground black pepper
Layer all ingredients on 1 slice bread, drizzling cranberry sauce on last. Season with pepper. Top with remaining slice bread.
