The Greyhound cocktail, made with grapefruit juice and vodka, gets Frenchified with the addition of elderflower liqueur. But never fear: Even though elderflower liqueur sounds girly, this cocktail is every bit as manly as the original.

What to buySt-Germain is an elderflower liqueur that has won over bartenders. It can be found at high-end liquor stores and online.

We like the subtle sweetness that ruby red grapefruit juice adds to this cocktail. If you can’t find that type of grapefruit, go ahead and substitute white, but note that the drink will be a bit more sour.
