Not only does phone usage affect your eyesight and posture, but your Candy Crush obsession can cause what’s called a “compulsion loop” in your brain—the same one we can credit for the behaviors associated with nicotine or cocaine. Hearing that the average person uses their phone 4.7 hours per day makes us think twice about pulling out our phone next time we’re trying to kill some time!
