Sometimes, water just doesn’t do it. We know it’s the healthiest drink out there, but every once in a while you just need a little kick of flavor with that dose of hydration. This recipe is part flavored water, part smoothie, bringing together the best elements of both: You get a healthy dose of hydration from the water, but with a big antioxidant punch from the fresh watermelon and frozen strawberries.

Ingredients

  • 1cup cubed watermelon
  • 4-6frozen strawberries
  • 2 cupswater

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into a glass, straining through a sieve if you wish to eliminate seeds and watermelon pulp before drinking.
