This week, just like every other, the Greatist Team spent a whole lot of time staring at our computer screens. Thankfully, we learned how to avoid computer eye strain by positioning our computer screens just right, and brightening or dimming the lights (good for your eyes and romantic). Our happiness editor Shana took on her first week of the #Zensperiment after encountering some less than zen-filled situations. And for all those greatists out there also working to achieve zen, we break down the most common yoga injuries and how to avoid them. Post yoga, try our chocolate blueberry smoothie.
