One of my favorite ways to cool off on hot summer days is with ice pops. When I think about some of the great flavors of summer, watermelon is one of the first things that comes to mind: It’s sweet — but not too sweet — and totally refreshing. Perfect ice pop material! These pops are lightly sweetened and full of cool watermelon flavor with just a hint lime. And, with only four ingredients and 15 minutes of prep time, why buy ice pops this summer when you can make them this easily at home?

What You'll Need:
4 cups watermelon, diced
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (1-2 limes) 1 teaspoon lime zest
1/4 cup agave syrup
What to Do:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until fully pureed.
- Pour the mixture into ice pop molds. Pro Tip: If you don't have an ice pop mold handy, make mini pops in an ice cube tray, or use small paper cups!

- Take a break from the summer heat, and enjoy!
