How to Become a Morning Person [INFOGRAPHIC]
Let's face it: Morning people have an advantage, and while the night owls are still hitting snooze, the early birds are making things happen all across the globe. But no one is doomed to a lifetime of groggy mornings. Greatist put together the world's best guide to helping make the switch to morning glory.

Very informative, thanks for the experts! Will try it first thing next morning.
For me there's only one way to get up in the morning and feel human (not wanting to hurt anyone else..) - By using my light therapy alarm clock. I highly recommend it to anyone having problems waking up early or who has circadian rhythm disorders.
Here's more about it: http://www.light-therapy-reviews.net/how-to-wake-up-early/
Or borrow my dog...(I would be happy to have an extra hour and wake up at 6:30:)
I have been waking up at 7 for months now and it still feels like the first day.
Go to bed hungry and you will look forward to have a breakfast.
Do it for longer time and you will become a morning person and a healthier one:)
Any tips on motivating oneself to get oneself to bed? I can tell myself to turn off the computer but that doesn't mean I do it. I end up doing "just one more thing" and keep thinking there's something I forgot to do, so I find it hard sometimes to get myself to turn this thing off. Sometimes I feel like I get my best work done at night. The current time in my time zone is 1:42 AM. I try to get myself up early. Some days I do but then I'm exhausted and have to take a nap later. Other days I can't even get myself up and just go back to sleep. Either way, then I end up staying up later. It turns into a vicious cycle. I suspect part of my exhaustion problem also stems from being overweight, part is from stress in my life, and perhaps other health concerns. Also I don't currently have to be anywhere in the morning (unemployed) so I'm just kind of fumbling around, my days unstructured. Not good.
