We didn’t think that sriracha needed any improving. After all, it’s basically proven to make everything you drizzle it on taste exponentially better—from chips to beef jerky to pizza.

But then we were walking by the hot sauce offerings at our local grocery store and noticed a new creamsicle-colored concoction. It was sriracha mayo—and it’s a culinary game changer. Like peanut butter and jelly, sriracha and mayonnaise are the perfect pair. The new combo-condiment takes mayo’s signature creaminess and gives it a little bite, which makes us want to add it to all of our meals. We put it on everything from eggs to wraps to salads—and yes, we’ve even used it as a dip for veggies (It's pretty healthy and gluten-free, after all!). And after a few weeks of obsessively adding it to all of our food, we’ve come to the conclusion that there are few meals that can’t be improved with a few squirts of sriracha mayo.
