My 13 yr old son was inspired by a recipe in his blender cookbook. He has a fetish with HIS blender. Not having many of the ingredients on hand, he improvised like a pro. He wanted so bad to make something for dessert. This turned out great. This was a refreshingly tart drink. It tasted great after dinner. After looking at the original recipe in his book, I believe his would be much better. This drink makes a great summer beverage. Heck, this tastes great anytime. I’m thinking it could almost be a breakfast drink if it weren’t for the soda.

  • Yields: 3 large glasses
