Not everyone has a schedule that allows for an extended trip to the gym. But those of us who can’t take the extra hour (or more) to hit the treadmill and weight racks needn’t fear: Our bedrooms may just be the best place to get that exercise on. Hop out of bed and into some mountain climbers, jump-squats, push-ups, and supermans before your morning coffee is ready. Not only will you start the day more energized, you may notice some strength increases after just a few weeks!

Takeaway: Jump into mountain climbers, T-push-ups, leg lifts, and supermans for a bodyweight workout you can squeeze into any schedule — or teeny space!
