6 Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 zucchinis, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced okra
  • Sriracha (or hot sauce of choice)
  • Salt

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, sauté black beans, zucchini, tomatoes, and okra over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. As veggies begin to soften, add hot sauce and stir to combine. Add salt to taste.
