This soup is made with only non starchy low calorie vegetables , and your guests will go nuts over this one , I Tested this approx five times untill i came up with this combination

Ingredients (2)

  • 2 large spanish onions , 12 large beefsteak tomatoes , 4 Large Eggplant , 2 Bulbs Garlic , 8 Medium Green Zuccini , 5 Medium Yellow Zuccini , 5 Large green peppers , 5 Large Yellow Peppers , 4 Large Sweet red pepper , 4 Large orange Pepper
  • 1 Medium green Cabbage

Instructions

  1. Peel all vegetables , on low flame add three cups of water and allow to boil for one hour
  2. Take off Fire , Use Immersion Blender to blend mixture
  3. Add 5 tablespoons salt , 4 tablespoons white pepper , 1 Cup splenda , 2 teaspoons oregano , 2 teaspoons rosemary , Juice of half a lime , 2 Tablespoons sweet spanish paprika ,
  4. Serve and Enjoy
