Dollops of chocolate melts, crunchy toppings, sweet caramelized banana. What a perfect cobbler!

Ingredients (11)
- 7 pcs large ripe bananas
- 2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes
- 1 1/4 baking powder
- 3/4 cup butter
- 4 tbs heavy cream (add if necessary)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- Mix everything together in a bowl, except for bananas
Instructions
- Cut bananas into 3. Using butter, lightly fry them until brown & caramelize. Place banans in an oven proof baking dish. Sprinkle 1/3 cup of sugar & pinch of cinnamon
- Dot with dollops of melted chocolate. Top with flour mixture, dot with the rest of melted chocolate. Bake for about 50 – 60 mnts at 180C. Serve warm with whipped cream/vanilla ice cream.
