  • 1/2 cup orange liqueur
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (from 1 orange)

  • 2 cups orange wedges (from 1 large orange)
  • 2 cups red apple wedges (from 1 large apple)
  • 2 cups green apple wedges (from 1 large apple)

For the fruit kebab garnish (optional):

  • 1 medium orange, cut into 1-inch pieces

For the fruit kebab garnish:

  1. Thread the fruit onto the skewers, alternating oranges, apples, and grapes. Refrigerate until ready to use.
