Ingredients (5)

  • 9 meringue shells homemade or shop bought
  • rind 2 lemons juice of 1
  • 1 pt double cream
  • jar good lemon curd
  • serve with ammaretti biscs

Instructions

  1. in a large bowl roughly break up meringues
  2. stir in remainders ingrediants
  3. spoon into plastic container or bowl and freeze
  4. when ready to serve microwave briefly to slightly soften it. put back in freezer whatever remains for the next time
