I was looking to add more flavor to on hand packaged Kielbasa. I sreved this to my guests along with Pierogies and Bread. Everyone loved it.

- 1 Pound Polish Kielbasa
- 1 can Sauerkraut
- 1 can Blue Moon Beer
- 2 Tablespoons cooking oil
- Slice Kielbasa on the bias into ½ inch medallions.
- Brown both sides of the medallions in a large covered skillet over medium heat in cooking oil.
- Add Blue Moon Beer and Sauerkraut. Lower heat to a simmer and cook for about ½ hour or until tender.
