I was looking to add more flavor to on hand packaged Kielbasa. I sreved this to my guests along with Pierogies and Bread. Everyone loved it.

Ingredients (4)

  • 1 Pound Polish Kielbasa
  • 1 can Sauerkraut
  • 1 can Blue Moon Beer
  • 2 Tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Slice Kielbasa on the bias into ½ inch medallions.
  2. Brown both sides of the medallions in a large covered skillet over medium heat in cooking oil.
  3. Add Blue Moon Beer and Sauerkraut. Lower heat to a simmer and cook for about ½ hour or until tender.
