Embracing your flaws seems like a great New Year’s resolution. After all, it’s good to realize your imperfections (the cellulite, belly jiggle, birthmark, and we’ll stop there, but we know you can think of a few more) are totally normal and common, right? Not exactly. As Molly Galbraith, one of the founders of Girls Gone Strong, explains in a powerful Facebook post, “I’m not the one who decided they were flaws to begin with.”

Basically Galbraith is taking a page out of Beyoncé’s playbook and saying:
