  • 1/4 cup kosher salt
  • 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise and scraped, seeds reserved

Instructions

Place the salt and vanilla seeds in a small bowl and rub them between your fingers until they’re uniformly combined. Store in an airtight container at room temperature until ready to use.
