This Obituary Cocktail is a little unexpected, and a lot satisfying. Basically a killer Martini with a splash of absinthe, this would certainly be a great choice of deathbed drink, but let’s hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy many more. Ingredients (4)
- 2 ounces gin
- 1/4 ounce dry vermouth
- 1/4 ounce absinthe
- Garnish: lemon twist
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients except the lemon twist in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe. Express a lemon twist over the drink and drop into the glass.
