Salted pretzels are the twist in this delicious sundae made with vanilla ice cream and rich caramel sauce. You’ll need to make a batch of Basic Caramel Sauce before you begin. Extra credit: Freeze up a batch of Vanilla Bean Ice Cream while you’re at it.

Ingredients (3)

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 3 or 4 salted pretzels
  • 2 tablespoons Basic Caramel Sauce (recipe link in intro)


Place the ice cream in a bowl. Slightly break up the pretzels and scatter them over top, drizzle with the caramel sauce, and serve.
