Lots of work went into this! I especially like the avocado for butter substitute. Avocado chocolate cakes are sooo good.
You can use any kind of fruit pulp to replace oil. Try mashed bananas or pumpkin. I like to use non-fat Greek yogurt to replace butter. Low fat and high protein.
Question about the brown rice cereal amount:
Individual page flour and starch download shows 3/4 cup but all category download shows 1 cup. Which is correct please?
