Unsurprisingly, sitting in a cubicle all day doesn’t do the body much good. Simple stretches can help to prevent stiff muscles and improve posture. Take periodic breaks throughout the day to take care of tight shoulders, hip flexors, abdominals, obliques, back, and hamstrings.

Do it Today: Stretch out hunched shoulders to keep them relaxed and limber.
