Dr. A. Yasmine Kirkorian, MD, is a pediatric dermatologist at Children’s National Health System and an assistant professor of dermatology and pediatrics at the George Washington School of Medicine & Health Sciences. Dr. Kirkorian trained at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine as a fellow in pediatric dermatology following her residency in dermatology at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine. Dr. Kirkorian obtained a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and a medical degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She has published numerous peer-reviewed articles and co-authored a leading dermatology textbook. Dr. Kirkorian is committed to teaching and to community outreach. She believes in holistic and comprehensive care for pediatric and adult skin. She is an expert in laser and surgical procedures, birthmarks, and complex medical dermatology. Dr. Kirkorian lives in Washington, D.C., with her husband and son.
