Favorite splurge food: Pizza for sure!Go-to fitness routine: I really like mixing it up, so my routine changes pretty frequently!  My ideal week would be to run 3 days and either go to Yoga, Bar Method, or Boot Camp classes the other 2 days, and then have two days off! :)Favorite way to de-stress: Oooh lots of ways! My first choice is going on a run. I don't care if it's 20 minute or an hour, just being alone with my music and myself is so soothing to me.  Ideally I'd like to get a manicure or a pedicure (this doesn't happen as often as I'd like), then just sitting at home hanging out with my hubby always helps as well!Why I’m a greatist: My passion is exercise and I make it a priority in my life. I'm constantly looking into new ways to exercise, stay fit, and am always curious as to what everyone else is doing. With that sad, I believe life is about balance, so I don't shy away from the occasional indulgence!
