Kristy Lee Wilson has been an elite athlete for over 20 years. She is a former Australian Gymnastics Team member and three-time Australian Power Tumbling Champion. For the past decade, Kristy has also wowed crowds as a powertrack/trampoline performer with the world renowned CIRQUE DU SOLEIL in the Orlando based production La Nouba.Kristy holds multiple fitness certifications through the most respected fitness organizations in the world - the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA). She is a fitness expert on Sharecare and Advisory Board Member for the Excellence Through Exercise Foundation (a foundation dedicated to fighting the childhood obesity epidemic), the International Director of Fitness for the Weekly Fitness Challenge, and athlete and spokesperson for Flexsolate.My most troublesome weakness is... Ice cream! It doesn't matter what kind it is but if there is ice cream around it will not last long. I can't keep any in the house because it will become my breakfast , lunch and dinner until there is none left!I'm looking forward to learning more about... I'm working on getting my MS in Exercise Science focusing on Performance Enhancement. I am a study nerd with a huge passion for fitness so I will never stop learning when it comes to fitness. I also think life in general is a constant learning experience. We learn things from what we see, hear and do every day. There are always constant "life lessons" to learn too :).
