Plus, you can do it everywhere and anywhere!Favorite way to de-stress: My favorite way to de-stress is to put on my running shoes and get some miles in. Running clears my head, it's my alone time and I can just forget about whatever I'm stressed about and focus on my breathing. It's almost like meditation for me. I swear I'm not obsessed with running or anything...Why I'm a greatist: I'm a greatist because I believe everyone is a greatist, whether they realize it or not. I think everyone has the potential to be their best self and if that means they are great at running, working out, cooking or just being a positive person- they are a greatist.
