Growing up in my good-eatin’ family, food has been my passion and main interest for as long as I can remember. As a child, we cooked any and every kind of international cuisine at home to expand our palettes. After getting my degree as a health supportive chef from the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City, I've worked in restaurant kitchens, as a culinary instructor, and as a personal chef, helping my clients create a delicious, healthful, and real-food lifestyle. Ludlow Kitchen is my boutique culinary small business and blog that was born out of my apartment kitchen in Manhattan’s lower east side—the little place where I develop recipes, photograph them, and share meals with my friends.
