We’re going to let you in on a little secret: You don’t have to bust out a million biceps curls for stronger arms. The trick to getting killer arms is strengthening your entire upper body, including your shoulders, back, and chest. This workout will do just that with no equipment required.

In just under 30 minutes, you’ll build total upper-body strength with a combination of bodyweight exercises and cardio moves. Use your breath to help you move through each exercise.
