Walk down any aisle in the grocery store and you’ll find “healthy” slapped across dozens of labels. So it’s no surprise there are foods we think are good for us that nutritionists would not recommend. The biggest culprit? Granola bars. Fewer than one third of nutritionists deem the common snack healthy, but nearly three quarters of average Americans do, according to a survey conducted by The New York Times.
