After 18 days of training, Adrienne‘s (@greatistdanda) knee is finally starting to feel better, allowing her to get outside the house and run faster than before—and even make it to yoga.
The duo is also obsessed (to put it lightly) with classes at Mile High Run Club, which combine daily group treadmill classes with the great outdoors. Both describe the vibe at Mile High as nothing short of completely awesome. Keep on keeping on!
- Despite waking up with a nasty chest cold, Regina (@greatistregina) still found the strength to work out. She skipped her morning swim for a series of push-ups, sit-ups, Russian twists, bicycles, leg lifts, and planks at home. She’s a machine!
- Despite “having the coordination of Liz Lemon” and tripping a few times on the stair-climber [insert tears of joy emoji], Jasmine (@greatistjasmine) killed her workout at Planet Fitness.
- Brandon‘s(@greatistbrandon) partner in crime is an adorable little pup that we all collectively want to squeeze. In between four forty-minute commutes (yeesh!), Brandon fit in some long walks with the puggle.
