March is National Frozen Food Month! Frozen veggies, meats, and meals have been a staple of our diets for decades, but it wasn’t always so easy to make food taste great from the freezer. Read below for the history of frozen foods and learn why they’re so important that President Ronald Reagan declared March 6th National Frozen Food Day.
