Greatist Workout of the Day: Shotgun Start

Shotgun Start

Going as fast as is safely possible, complete 8 rounds of the following circuit.

10 Hand Release Push-Ups

15 Bicycle Sit-Ups (per side)

10 Step-Ups (5 per leg)

Want to kick the intensity up a notch? Hold medium-weight dumbbells or kettlebells in your hands during the step-ups!
