Complete as many rounds of the following circuit as is safely possible in 15 minutes.

15 Squats
30-second Push-Up Hold
15 Bicycle Sit-Ups (per side)

Want to kick the intensity up a notch? Substitute weighted squats for bodyweight squats by holding a medium-weight dumbbell or kettlebell in front of your chest!
