Do the Work!

Going as fast as is safely possible, complete 15 reps of each movement, then 10 reps, then 5 reps.

Handstand Push-Ups
Jumping Lunges (per leg)
Lateral Burpees

Want to kick the intensity up a notch? Substitute weighted lunges for jumping lunges by holding medium-weight kettlebells or dumbbells in both hands!
