Greatist Workout of the Day: Leg Burn

Leg Burn

Complete 6 rounds of the following circuit as fast as is safely possible.

25 Jumping Squats
10 V-Ups
10 Knees to Elbows (5 per knee)

Want to kick up the intensity? Sub goblet squats for jumping squats by holding a medium-weight dumbbell or kettlebell in the front rack position. And don't forget to check back tomorrow for a totally new (but equally awesome) GWOD!
