So what if we spent most of the summer lounging poolside and chasing music festivals? Dancing counts as exercise too! Plus, we did that one hike and made it to the gym a few times. Summer can get so crazy, it's easy to fall out of your usual fitness routine. Which is why September is the perfect time for a mini reset.

And when we say mini, we mean it. This month, we're committing to adding just a little bit of sweat back into our lives in the form of really short workouts made for people who want to work out less (a.k.a. everyone), and we want you to join us. These bodyweight workouts are just 7 minutes, but they are all based on a method of high-intensity interval training that science says actually works. And here's the best part: You're not even supposed to do HIIT every day, so you can space these out every other day to ease back into a regular routine. See? Not so hard. Here are some totally doable ways to buckle down and #addthesweat.

Total Body

All you need is a chair and a wall.
7 Minute Workout

Back Body

You'd forget your traps if they weren't attached.
7-Minute Leg Workout

Lower Body

It's like leg day, only quicker.
