I was very sick for 1 year and 7 months and doctors couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me. I had a resting headache in the back of my head everyday for 1 year and 7 months, I had chronic pain, chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression, and honestly thought I was going to die. I watched “What the Health” on Netflix and decided to do a 30 day vegan challenge out of desperation to feel better! Within 10 days of the vegan challenge my headache went away and I literally started feeling better everyday after that, and I never went back to my old eating ways and stayed on my vegan journey.

I never judge, and I just share my journey and what veganism has done for my life. I travel the country sharing my story! I am my authentic self and I let people see me and my lifestyle in a fun way so they feel they can try it too, if that’s their choice! I love people and animals so my mission is to get people healthier by not eating animals or animal products. The more people I get to try a vegan lifestyle, the more animal lives I save in the process! It’s a win-win.

Know your “WHY” before you start any journey; the reason for beginning has to truly mean something to you! For me it was Life or Death, I chose life and I have never once fallen off my journey because it’s so important to me. Also think of the list of things you can’t have because [that] list is smaller (meat, seafood, dairy)! Everything else you can have and there are so many options!

There really wasn’t a challenge for me, but learning to take it one day at a time and not being hard on myself while learning what to eat everyday!

Leftovers are your friends, and always add a nice salad to every meal! Switch it up so you don’t get bored.

I love food so this question is always hard for me, lol. I love making vegan pizzas, vegan lasagna, and a mushroom and veggie burrito with extra avocado any day is a win!

Pickles, and a good vegan burger every now and then gives me so much joy!

Staying true to myself on this journey. Helping people who have felt alone in their health journey for years! Staying consistent for the last 2 1/2 years with sharing my life with the world!

When I first started my vegan journey it was to feel better and once that happened, I realized it was bigger than me! I started walking into my purpose and it kept being confirmed everyday with messages in my inbox or on my page! This is what I am supposed to be doing! Helping people get healthier through food, love and laughter! My fans are the best! They truly make me feel like family and they are so encouraging everyday!

It’s not expensive and it really can change your life!
