  • 2whole-wheat tortillas
  • 6 slicessmoked salmon
  • 1avocado, sliced
  • 2 handfuls alfalfa sprouts
  • 4eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Warm up tortillas for a few minutes in a toaster oven or microwave. Top with salmon, avocado, and alfalfa sprouts.
