This festive juice recipe satisfies your sweet tooth (with a little kick to boot!) and does your body good.
- 1 cup chopped pumpkin, seeds removed
- 1lemon, juiced
- 2 dashes cinnamon
- 2 dashes cayenee
- Fresh mint, for garnish
- Push carrots, apples, pumpkin, and lemon through a juicer.
- Pour into 2 glasses. Season with cayenne and cinnamon, and garnish with mint leaves.
