If you've ever made your own pizza crust, it was probably either for a special occasion or during a cooking class. It just feels so... gourmet. Which is why we typically call the pizza delivery man to say, "Hey, can we have our typical Friday-night order?" But then $50 dollars later we're stuffed to the brim, and it wasn't even that good.

Pizza life changes now. With this insanely easy, three-ingredient pizza crust recipe, you can get all gourmet without kneading (haha, get it) to go out and buy yeast and wait two hours to let the dough rise. If you have all-purpose flour, baking powder, and... drum roll, please... Greek yogurt(!), you have all you need to DIY this pizza crust. Hear us loud and clear: Anyone can make this, so throw on that apron and get ready for your homemade pizza party.

Step 1:

Corn meal Sprinkle a sheet pan with 1/4-1/2 cup cornmeal. This is optional, but we love the texture and flavor this gives the crust.

Step 2:

Add 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 cup Greek yogurt, and 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder to a bowl.

Step 3:

Mix it until well combined.

Step 4:

Knead on a well-floured surface for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow dough to rest 5 minutes.

Step 5:

Form into a pizza crust shape (hearts, circles, unicorns, etc.).

Step 6:

Place the dough on the sheet pan. You can also use a pizza stone if you have one.

Step 7:

Brush with olive oil, then spread on sauce and any toppings you choose. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 450 degrees, until the crust has browned and is firm. (A little less if you prefer it doughy, and a little more for you crispy fans.)

Step 8:

Remove from the oven when it's your ideal dough, slice it up, and be amazed that something so simple can taste this good.

A 3-Ingredient Pizza Crust
Makes: 4 servings

1 cup Greek yogurt (we used 2%)
1½ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1/4-1/2 cup cornmeal for pan (optional)
Desired toppings: pasta sauce, cheese, pepperonis, veggies, etc.

1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

2. Sprinkle a sheet pan with cornmeal.

3. Combine the Greek yogurt, flour, and baking powder in a bowl and mix until well combined.

4. Knead on a well-floured surface for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow dough to rest 5 minutes, then shape into a pizza.

5. Place the dough on the sheet pan. Brush with olive oil, then spread on sauce and any toppings you choose.

6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the crust is slightly browned and feels firm.

7. Eat.
