  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Finely grated zest of 1 medium lemon (or 1 teaspoon packed)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
