Ingredients (10)
- 1 bottle prego spaghetti sauce (reserve 1 cup for topping)
- 1 onion; chopped
- 1 bell pepper; chopped
- 1 can (14 ounces) Italian style diced tomatoes
- 1 cup oat meal
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, except Mozzarella cheese, Reserving 1 cup for topping.
- Transfer to baking pan, and shape into loaf.
- Spread sauce on top. Place in oven and bake for 1 hour at 350 F.
- Sprinkle with the Mozzarella cheese and bake until melted.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
