Ingredients (10)

  • 1 bottle prego spaghetti sauce (reserve 1 cup for topping)
  • 1 onion; chopped
  • 1 bell pepper; chopped
  • 1 can (14 ounces) Italian style diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup oat meal
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, except Mozzarella cheese, Reserving 1 cup for topping.
  2. Transfer to baking pan, and shape into loaf.
  3. Spread sauce on top. Place in oven and bake for 1 hour at 350 F.
  4. Sprinkle with the Mozzarella cheese and bake until melted.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
