Ingredients (10)

  • 8 farm fresh eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream or whole milk
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1 TBSP basil
  • 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups cut veggies (squash, onion, zucchini, broccoli)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9 × 13 pan
  2. Beat eggs and milk together.
  3. Add spices beat eggs
  4. Stir in cheese
  5. Stir in veggies
  6. Bake for 35-40 mins.
