Last Christmas when visiting my husband’s grandmother, she made this recipe for us for breakfast.

Ingredients (10)
- 8 farm fresh eggs
- 1/2 cup cream or whole milk
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 TBSP basil
- 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups cut veggies (squash, onion, zucchini, broccoli)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9 × 13 pan
- Beat eggs and milk together.
- Add spices beat eggs
- Stir in cheese
- Stir in veggies
- Bake for 35-40 mins.
