Ingredients (5)

  • 3/4 cup packed fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium coarsely chopped garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt


Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor fitted with a blade attachment and process until smooth.
