We know that sticking to a workout routine can be tough, but it’s a whole lot easier (and more fun) with friends! That’s why every month, the Greatist team picks a new goal we want to nail together—from powering through 30 consecutive burpees (#neveragain) to meditating every day. We may not end the month with six-pack abs or a totally new outlook on life, but each small challenge we tackle (or attempt to tackle) together is often one of the best parts of the day. And we want you to join us!

At the beginning of each month, we’ll post a calendar with our step-by-step plan to follow along. July is all about the wall sit. Are you in? (Yes!) Challenges can be hard to stick to, but we’ll be right there with you!
