Never underestimate the impact of a single act of kindness. Simply by making eye contact, giving someone your undivided attention, or sending a random text message, you can turn someone’s otherwise crummy day around—likely without ever knowing! Kindness is powerful, and as we all learned in kindergarten, it’s also contagious. So to help you (and everyone around you) catch it, we’ve teamed up with KIND Healthy Snacks to make kindness top of mind every day this month.

The idea for a kindness challenge first came to us when we realized that Random Acts of Kindness Day (yep, that’s a thing) is February 17. But why limit it to just one day? Inspired by our friends at KIND, who are committed to their mission of making the world a little kinder, one snack and act at a time, we’re excited to share an entire month’s worth of small but powerful acts of kindness. Follow along with the calendar below and share the love on social using #28daysofkind.
