Stay on Track Anywhere with Bodyweight Exercises
Being stuck in the office, at home, or in an elevator (lets hope its one of the first two) is no excuse for skipping a workout. Fifteen minutes, a floor, and a wall are all you need for a butt-kicking strength, cardio, and flexibility workout. Sit tight against a wall sans chair for quaking quads, or go for some classic lunges to work those hammies. Want to get fancy? A one-legged “pistol squat” will get the heart pounding and the core and glutes in shape, stat.
